NFL draft coverage is over.
With it, the 2016 NFL draft has come to an end.
The top players have been selected, and now we have all the other big-name players.
Here’s what you need to know:1.
Top prospects:1st overall: CB Jalen Ramsey, Ohio State2nd overall: WR Kevin White, Alabama3rd overall: OT Anthony Collins, Florida4th overall: QB Deshaun Watson, Clemson5th overall, RB Ezekiel Elliott, Ohio Valley ConferenceThe top players in the first round have been chosen, with all the rest of the picks falling within the top three of the draft order.
The first-overall pick is the most important pick for the Eagles.
The Eagles need to add a wide receiver, so Ramsey is their first-rounder.
The Buckeyes had their top receiver, Ezekiel Elliott at No. 1, and the Ducks are looking for a big-play threat to run with.
Watson is the best quarterback prospect in this class, but the Ducks have a chance to make him a starter at quarterback.
White is a potential second-round pick, but his pro day didn’t go so well.
Collins is the top safety in this draft, but he has been battling with injury and is a little more cautious than Watson.
The Ducks have two other top prospects in White and Collins, and they are both very raw at the position.
Collins has the speed to win with speed, but White has to prove he can stay healthy.
White also has a long way to go to become an NFL starter.3.
All-conference teams:1ST: QB Connor Cook, Texas A&M, Texas Tech2ND: RB Melvin Gordon, Florida State3rd: DE Malik McDowell, Michigan State4th: CB DeShawn Robinson, Tennessee5th: OT David Njoku, Florida6th: DE Anthony Barr, Ohio7th: TE Hunter Henry, Kentucky8th: WR Mike Williams, Baylor9th: RB Dalvin Cook, FloridaThe Ducks had the best all-conference defense in college football last season, so the Ducks should be better this year.
Cook and Gordon are the best pass-rushers in this year’s draft, so Cook is the No. 2 pick.
Gordon was one of the best running backs in the country last season.
He was a huge factor in the Aggies’ offensive line, and he is still learning the nuances of the position with Chip Kelly.
McDowell is a good pass-blocking tackle in the middle of the field, and that’s where the Ducks need to improve.
They had five first-team All-American selections last year, but they need to be more consistent at that position.
Williams is a solid athlete, but has a lot of room for improvement.
Henry has the size and length to play guard at the next level.
He has been working hard on his craft and will get better.
Njoku is a strong athlete with good balance and quickness.
He needs to show he can get to the quarterback.
The Ducks have to figure out how to utilize him at the point.
McClary has the height and quick-twitch to play defensive tackle.
He will be a big problem for the running game, but if he can figure out the nuances at that spot, he could be a nice addition.
The Bulldogs had some really good pass rush last season and could be more than a top-10 pick this year, so they need some depth at that end.
Henry and McDowell are also the best guards in the draft.
They are both undersized at this point, but each has the ability to improve at the guard position.
Henry can play tackle, and McDowles’ height will help him on the outside.
Robinson is a power-based guard, and I expect him to be a top 10 pick.
The Tigers are also looking for help at tight end.
They have some really nice playmakers in the front seven, but some of those playmakers need to step up.
